Key Accountabilities 主要职责 General Oversight of all Dorm Activities 支持并参与管理学生宿舍活动 · Interacting with students and providing supervision on all activities and routines 参与并管理宿舍区域所有的项目和活动，并与寄宿生形成良好互动 · Expected to be creative with activities to provide opportunities for student engagement 贡献创意和想法，引导寄宿生积极参与到丰富多彩的寄宿项目中来 · Assist students with time management 帮助学生建立时间管理的能力 · Assist students with the development of life skills 帮助学生建立生活自理及相互合作的能力 · Student Mediation 学生纪律管理 Daily Reporting 日常汇报工作 · Responsible for student head count by supervising activities and room checks throughout the evening 通过每晚宿舍查房和宿舍活动的管理精确统计学生人数 · Responsible for accurately reporting incidents, behaviour, academic and social updates 准确记录并汇报所有意外事故、不良行为表现，以及其他寄宿相关的事件 Qualifications 任职资格 · Bachelor degree is preferred 本科学历优先考虑 · Conversational English 适应英语工作环境，并可以用英语进行基本沟通 · Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. 能够与学生及同事建立并维持积极良好的合作
